Quality Assurance

Our Quality Checklist.

Every project is signed off by our quality controller in the presence of the customer. We only consider a job complete when the following checklist is fully satisfied:

All work completed as set out in the schedule of work
All electrical work has been tested
All gas work has been tested
All water works tested
Snag list completed and resolved
All building standard certificates have been received
Customer has been given all instruction manuals
Customer has been given all instruction manuals
Customer has been given all warranties/guarantees
Satisfaction survey has been completed by the customer
