Paddy always wanted to live in a dream home in her beloved village of Seaview. Her aging bungalow was not fit for purpose, so we set out to build the house she always wanted, all while Paddy remained living on site.
The 12-month project involved creating a temporary home for Paddy in an outbuilding in the garden, and delivering her new home within the agreed budget and timescale.
Communication was the absolute key throughout this project. As soon as we stepped on to the site of Paddy’s home, we set out to involve her in every step of the process. Every detail needed to be considered, from the design of the building and ensuring it was future proof, to all the various key moments and deadlines. This was Paddy’s dream and making sure she was front and centre of everything throughout was really important to us.
